Im locked away
Like a pretty little bird
No one is there to let me out into the light
Everyone is expecting something out of me
I feel like Im held captive
And locked away like criminal
Is there no one to untie these binding ropes?
Is there any one who can save me from here?
Is there someone who can heal me and help me?
Im suffocated from what I want the most
Im blind to life
And my life is suffering
Am I alone in this fate?
Am I the only chained angel?
Am I never going to be set free?
Is there such a thing as true freedom?
When there are rules and regulation?
We will never be truly free till Death
Is there a God?
Is there anything that protects us?
Are there Higher Beings?
Are we all alone in this world?
Are we all alone in this universe?
Is there no one out there?
I take these questions
And I answer them like this:
Is there anything we can figure out just by sitting here?

~life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain~
*if you want the rainbow, you've got to deal with the rain*

A million glass shards flew past her, not a single one scratched her skin. Crimson eyes focused on the sky, she seemed to ignore the battle around her. "Why must I live like this?" she asked in a tone just loud enough for only her to hear.
